The clerks were very knowledgable about the inventory and where to find requested items, also very helpful regarding class lists, and just wonderfully cheerful people.

Very good inventory, lots of variety and across the street is their yarn shop. The customer service is nice 90% of the time, they are women after all. Usually there is always a good sale. Enjoyable classes and a block monthly group of nearly 200 ladies, we meet in the upstairs theater. Good eats nearby.
